About the role
An organization is looking for a Case Manager to coordinate and provide mental health services. The candidate will conduct client assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, advocate for clients, and collaborate with treatment providers.
Requirements
- Prior experience or education in Human Services.
- Familiarity with mental health or dual diagnosis.
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Ability to implement and update treatment plans.
- CPRP, CRC, or CADC certifications a plus.
