About the role

Lead and coach a team of Complaint & Litigation Specialists to log, research, and resolve complaints and grievances. Manage team inventory, workflows, and performance, build cross-functional partnerships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive timely, accurate case closures.

Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Complaint & Litigation Specialists responsible for logging, reviewing and researching, complaints and grievances for a particular product. • Support the team infrastructure, workflow, and culture that fosters accurate complaint responses to bring cases to closure timely. • Monitor individual performance and provide coaching to improve results • Manages inventory for a team of Complaint & Litigation Specialists to operate timely, effectively and efficiently. • Develop effective partnerships with internal & external customers, fostering an environment that supports effective teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dental DHMO/Safeguard claim processes & applications preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance & regulatory requirements
  • Strong inventory management skills
  • Effective communication skills to enable strong partnerships with key stakeholders across various products.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Suggested 10+ years of experience in group claims, preferred.
  • Self-managed and motivated with the ability to encourage others.
  • Critical thinking skills to track & trend metrics, opportunities, and successes
  • Excellent communication skills to drive team member performance and present to leaders as needed
  • Proficient use of inventory management software, including MS Excel, Sharepoint , and PowerPoint.
