About the role

A growing distribution company is seeking a hands-on Operations Director to lead warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, transportation, and cross-functional operations. This role is responsible for improving efficiency, implementing scalable systems, developing KPIs, managing warehouse and driver teams, and supporting ERP/WMS implementation.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with strong experience in warehouse, trucking, logistics, or distribution environments who thrives on building processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence.
