About the role
Seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to oversee financial records across a larger, multi-entity organization.
We need someone who truly understands the numbers, identifies discrepancies, and takes full ownership—not just someone who enters transactions and waits for instructions. Experience in a small business environment alone will not fit this role.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong bookkeeping/accounting experience in a multi-entity environment
- Expertise in reconciliations, AP/AR, general ledger, intercompany transactions, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Ability to independently investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and raise the right questions
- Strong organizational, follow-through, and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with full ownership over the books in a fast-growing, dynamic company
