A Monsey kitchen and bath retailer is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to help keep warehouse operations, deliveries, vendors, suppliers, and customer orders running smoothly.
This is a great role for someone who is organized, practical, and good at following through. You will help make sure products are received correctly, invoices match, deliveries go out complete and undamaged, customers and contractors are updated, and payment is confirmed before items are released for delivery.
For the right person, this role offers real growth potential into a Warehouse Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate incoming shipments, outgoing deliveries, and day-to-day warehouse activity
• Check incoming shipments and invoices for accuracy
• Make sure outgoing deliveries are complete, correct, and not missing or damaged
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, customers, contractors, and internal team members
• Track orders, inventory, shipments, and delivery updates
• Help keep the warehouse organized and materials easy to locate
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklifts
