About the role

We’re seeking an organized and motivated Internal Recruiter to support the full hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

• Assist with onboarding and general HR projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and self-motivated
  • ATS and Microsoft Office experience preferred
