This works the same for accounts made on the website or in the Shtello Pages app for iPhone and Android.
What gets deleted
Your account, name, email, phone, home town and sign-in methods (password, Google, Apple)
Saved businesses, job alerts, notifications, applications and messages you sent
Marketplace items and homes you listed are taken down; jobs you posted are closed
Reviews you wrote stay on the business page as “Former member”. If you want them gone too, delete them from the business page first.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Business listings you manage stay up but are no longer tied to you.
To delete your account:sign in (any way you joined: password, emailed code, Google or Apple), then come back to this page. In the app: Account, then Delete account. Can't sign in? Send a request from the feedback page with the email on the account and we will delete it within 7 days.
