About this event
This year is the 24th year for the Jefferson County Library Foundation's Whale of a Used Book Sale! This huge event offers up to 90,000 gently used books, CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records for sale from Friday, October 23 to Sunday, October 25, at Jeffco Fairgrounds. Funds raised help to support children and family literacy programs at Jefferson County Public Library.
Admission is $5 per day for adults; children under 18 and SNAP recipients are free. Prices range from $.50 to $5.50 with some items individually priced.
The event opens on Thursday evening, October 22, from 6-8pm with Friends-only Preview Night (for Friends of the Library). The sale opens to the public on Friday morning, October 2
