Being a new or expecting mom can be simultaneously rewarding and challenging. Amidst the highest of highs and overwhelming lows that come with parenthood, the mental health and well-being of new moms is paramount. Teton County Health Department is excited to announce a new initiative aimed at empowering postpartum and expecting mothers through weekly gatherings focused on outdoor engagement and community connection. These weekly gatherings offer a nurturing environment focused on connection through socialization, physical exercise, shared experiences and an opportunity to speak candidly about the joys and challenges of motherhood.
