Join Jocelyn, 500hr RYT, for this gentle hybrid class incorporating elements of Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa flow. Modifications provided to ensure accessibility and safety for students of all levels. Props encouraged (blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets). Focus on strength, flexibility, breath, mindfulness and fun! Please bring your own mat, water bottle.
