Moving for Better Balance Class (Intermediate)

Moving for Better Balance: Intermediate Level is a free class for seniors and active adults focused on improving balance, coordination, strength, and fall prevention through progressive, easy-to-follow exercises, led by retired physical therapist Mr. Cruz with nearly 40 years of experience.
