From Deal to Dollars: Pro Formas, Banks & Partnerships

This practical session will cover three essential pieces of putting together a successful real estate project: pro formas, financing, and operating agreements.

We’ll review how to build and understand a pro forma, including income, expenses, and Net Operating Income (NOI). Sam from CDFI Friendly will provide an overview of financing programs and join us for a live “bank interview” covering what lenders want to know and the questions you should be asking them.

We’ll also review operating agreements and key considerations when entering a partnership, including ownership, responsibilities, decision-making, and financial expectations.
