Led by nationally recognized facilitator and provider of conflict resolution and collaboration trainer Danya Rumore, Ph.D. , this training will teach municipal officials the basic concepts and skill of conflict competence and provide participants with opportunities to work together to apply these concepts to real-world challenges.
Lunch, beverages, and snacks will be provided.
