Sound Bowl Sundays offer a peaceful, restorative sound experience at the Kiawanda Community Center. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while crystal sound bowls are played to create layered sound vibrations designed to support deep relaxation and stress reduction. Sound bowl sessions are non-invasive, low-impact, and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. No movement, meditation experience, or special equipment is required—just come as you are and rest. These sessions are intended to support relaxation and well-being.
