The Talent Imperative: The Catawba County Internship Symposium

Catawba County has one of the most manufacturing-intensive workforces in the nation, a growing healthcare and technology sector, and a civic community that cares deeply about place. The Catawba County Internship Symposium brings employers, educators, nonprofit leaders, and civic partners together for a half day focused on a single question: how do we build an internship culture that genuinely develops talent and keeps people in Catawba County? Whether you host interns now, are considering your first program, or simply care about the future of talent here, this symposium is built for you.
