RESPONSIBILITIES Script, film, and edit video content covering side hustles, earning opportunities, and gig economy tips Produce YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, and platform-native content Optimize videos for search and engagement — thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and hooks Collaborate with the content and growth teams to align video with campaign priorities Stay current on video trends and platform algorithm shifts Meet publishing schedules and deliver polished assets on deadline
