Position Overview
A large, established human services organization is seeking a Chief of Care Management to provide executive leadership over a large, multi-layered care management operation. This is a newly created senior leadership role overseeing an organization of approximately 800 Care Managers, with VPs, Regional Directors, and Supervisors responsible for day-to-day execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for care management operations.
• Lead and manage a team of Care Managers, VPs, Regional Directors, and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement care management strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
