Business Systems & Salesforce Manager

Reporting to the Senior Business Systems Operations Manager, the Business Systems & Salesforce Manager is a strategic partner responsible for optimizing itrek's technology ecosystem to drive growth and efficiency, owning the operational health of core platforms and leading the organization's AI and automation strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning system configuration, security, automation, data integrity and maintenance • Manage the operational health, integration and lifecycle of Salesforce, Monday.com, FormAssembly, Google Workspace and other key platforms • Lead implementation of AI-driven tools, automation and system enhancements • Advise leadership on tech investments and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Manage technical projects and serve as primary liaison for third-party consultants and vendors • Establish governance frameworks, manage user access and lead training initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience required
• Experience designing and managing AI-powered automations (Make.com, Zapier or native AI integrations)
• Experience with LLM implementation, prompt engineering or AI tool administration in a business context
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; NPSP, FormAssembly and Monday.com experience preferred
• Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience (US only).
