A multispecialty clinic with locations across Brooklyn, Queens, and Northern New Jersey is seeking a full-time Pain Management Physician experienced in Trigger Point Injections (TPI) and musculoskeletal care. The role offers strong opportunities for clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term stability.
Compensation: $325,000–$350,000 annually + productivity bonuses Benefits: Full benefits package Location: Brooklyn, Queens, and Northern New Jersey Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with travel between locations as needed
Key Responsibilities: • Trigger Point Injections — Independently perform TPIs to cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and shoulder regions • Comprehensive Patient Evaluation — Conduct full assessments, review imaging, and diagnose musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain conditions • Treatment Planning — Develop evidence-based pain management plans, including procedural and non-procedural interventions • Follow-Up & Continuity of Care — Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure high-quality longitudinal care • Clinical Documentation — Complete accurate notes, procedure documentation, and billing-related records in the EHR • Interdisciplinary Collaboration — Partner with PT/OT, chiropractors, PAs/NPs, and other specialists to coordinate care • Patient Education — Counsel patients on diagnoses, procedures, aftercare, and lifestyle modifications
