Join a dynamic healthcare team at a multispecialty clinic as a Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations. You will implement personalized care plans that promote recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

Compensation: Hourly rate of up to $60 per hour Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-person

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, focusing on functional improvement, mobility, and pain reduction • Deliver manual therapy interventions, including trigger point techniques, soft-tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization as clinically appropriate • Monitor patient progress, ensure safety during all therapeutic activities, and provide ongoing motivation throughout the rehabilitation process • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home-based recovery strategies, and long-term wellness practices • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately within eClinicalWorks in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated, patient-centered care and optimize clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation setting
• Fluency in Spanish to support patient communication and education
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build rapport with diverse patient populations
