A civil engineering company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee land development projects. Responsibilities will include managing engineering project teams, preparing site development plans, performing design calculations, and coordinating regulatory agency approvals.
Requirements
Extensive NJ land development engineering experience.
Proficient in Civil 3D and hydraulic/hydrologic software.
Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
Familiarity with grading and stormwater management.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Location: Lakewood, New Jersey
Work arrangement: In-Person
Salary Range: $100k - $150k
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
