A law firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to handle large litigation matters in diverse industries. The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, and advising clients on legal strategy.
Requirements
Experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
Location: Cedarhurst, New York
Work arrangement: In-Person
Salary Range: $125k - $270k
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
