Customer Service Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $65K–$85K DOE
Established apartment building supply company with 30+ years in business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer service operations and ensure orders and customer issues are handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming orders and distribute them to the appropriate stores.
• Oversee phone and email communication with customers.
• Handle customer complaints, billing, delivery, and order issues.
• Work closely with store managers and internal departments to resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate customer account notes and follow up on open issues.
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure a high level of organization, accountability, and customer service.
