Jewish Educational Services (an agency of The Associated) seeks a part-time Early Childhood Educator and Consultant to provide consultation and support to early childhood directors, teachers, and students, helping them meet the diverse needs of students. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10 hours per month.
Responsibilities: • Conduct classroom observations focused on specific students or on classroom management, differentiated instruction, and student engagement • Provide targeted teacher training and follow-up that supports implementation • Develop action plans for individual students and participate in student support team meetings • Consult with parents and help plan and execute professional development, including monthly EC Directors meetings and the annual EC Conference
