About the role
The Clinical Director provides leadership and oversight of JFCS's outpatient counseling services, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based care. The position supervises the intake team, billing specialist, licensed clinicians, registered interns, and student interns, and maintains a limited caseload.
Responsibilities:
• Provide bi-weekly clinical supervision to licensed mental health professionals and weekly supervision to registered interns
• Supervise the intake team, billing specialist, and student interns, and serve as the crisis point of contact
• Review clinical documentation for insurance and Medicaid compliance, conduct quarterly audits, and monitor HIPAA standards
• Support clinical staff in meeting productivity expectations and quality benchmarks, and drive continuous quality improvement
• Identify training opportunities for clinical staff and strengthen academic partnerships to build a pipeline of new clinicians
• Maintain a limited client caseload alongside administrative duties
