The Oshman Family Jewish Community Center (OFJCC) is an innovative non-profit organization in the heart of Silicon Valley. We create fun, meaningful, inclusive and joyful experiences through educational, social, cultural, spiritual, fitness and wellness programs. As the Preschool Program Manager, you will manage 4-5 (Ulpanon and Gesher) classrooms to ensure Preschool teachers are implementing the OFJCC Leslie Family Preschool vision, guiding principles and SHEVA Early Learning Framework through proper training and assistance with curriculum development. Year-round position. Salary: $75,000-80,000/year
Responsibilities: • Supervise 4-5 classrooms including Ulpanon and Gesher • Lead and facilitate team meetings focused on curriculum planning, documentation and problem-solving • Supervise, coach, observe and evaluate teachers through regular classroom observations and ongoing feedback • Create, design and facilitate workshops and training opportunities focused on program goals and preschool best practices • Provide classroom coverage when necessary due to staffing and ratio requirements
