The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional Elementary Level Lead Teacher for a full-time position starting in August 2026. Responsibilities: • Develop approaches and methodologies that incorporate state standards while enabling children to co-construct their learning within a joyful, academic, engaging environment • Build and nurture relationships with learners, understanding their interests and curiosities as well as how they learn best, and contributing those insights to curriculum, assessment and tailored learning experiences • Support learners' growth across social, emotional and cognitive domains • Demonstrate openness to observation and feedback and willingness to grow as a collaborative, reflective educator
