Position OverviewWe are looking for someone with 5+ years of solid bookkeeping experience in a larger, multi-entity organization. We are not looking for someone whose experience is primarily handling the books of a small business.The right person should be able to look at a set of books, understand what is happening, identify issues, and know how to tackle them — not someone who simply enters transactions and waits for instructions.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of strong bookkeeping/accounting experienceExperience working with multiple companies/entities simultaneouslyStrong understanding of reconciliations, AP/AR, general ledger, intercompany transactions, month-end close, and financial reportingAbility to identify discrepancies and independently investigate themStrong organizational and follow-through skillsExcellent communication skillsA proactive mindset — someone who raises issues, asks the right questions, and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to doAbility to work comfortably in a growing, fast-moving organization
