The Product Sourcing & Development Specialist researches suppliers, requests pricing, reviews samples, ensures quality and compliance, coordinates packaging and revisions, and drives each product to final approval before transitioning it to purchasing and logistics. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple product projects at once.
