You'll run accounting, budgeting, and reporting end to end — keeping cash flow tight, forecasts sharp, and every figure accurate and compliant. This is a product-based business that's been running on legacy systems, so there's real room to modernize — bringing fresh processes and a sharper operation where things have been done the old way for a while. Leadership will lean on you for the financial clarity that drives real decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
• Manage all aspects of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for management review
Cash Flow & Planning
• Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and financial analysis
Compliance & Process
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Streamline financial systems and processes for greater efficiency
• Modernize legacy financial systems and processes, introducing new approaches where operations have relied on older methods
