Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Stock, rotate, and front-face products throughout the grocery department to ensure shelves are organized and fully replenished. Assist customers by answering questions, locating products, and providing friendly, attentive service. Maintain store standards by keeping aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards. Receive, unpack, and sort deliveries while following proper handling and storage procedures. Ensure all items are accurately priced and labeled according to company guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock or out-of-stock items to department leadership. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Support other departments as needed to maintain smooth store operations. Uphold company values by promoting a respectful, clean, and customer-focused shopping environment.
