This role is ideal for someone confident, reliable, and motivated by outreach and relationship building. *Responsibilities:* - Cold call and prospect multifamily, hotel, and office properties for new installs and charger replacement opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships within commercial property portfolios. - Use CRM and lead-sourcing tools to schedule site visits and manage follow-up. - Handle rejection professionally, including difficult calls, hang-ups, and challenging conversations. *Qualifications:* - Strong communication skills with a personable, relationship-focused approach. - Reliable, accountable, and proactive with a strong hustle mentality. - Confidence in cold calling, territory management, and consistent outreach. - Sales experience highly preferred.
