PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Assistant Regional Director supports the implementation of ADL's programs and priorities across the Desert Region, including Nevada and Arizona, while providing cross regional support as needed. Working closely with the Regional Director and other ADL staff, this position plays a key role in advancing regional priorities, responding to incidents, organizing and performing regional administrative tasks, supporting programs and advocacy efforts, building and maintaining community relationships and ensuring strong execution and follow through.
