Enrollment Manager

About the role

Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Enrollment Manager to lead the prospective family experience and oversee student recruitment.

Responsibilities: • Serve as a point of contact for prospective and applicant families from inquiry through enrollment • Lead campus tours showcasing academics, faculty, facilities, and community • Manage applicant tracking and data in the admissions database • Analyze admissions data, feedback, and conversion metrics to refine recruitment • Plan and run Open Houses, the yield event, the New Student Welcome Concert, and orientation • Manage the Parent Ambassador program and support the Madrichim (7th–8th grade student ambassador) program • Coordinate with Marketing on admissions content and with Early Childhood on pipeline programs like jBaby

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2–5 years of nonprofit experience preferred; education setting a plus
• Project management experience, from concept to completion
• Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking to large groups
• Knowledge of Jewish community, culture, and traditions
• Proficiency in Google Suite; able to travel around the Chicago area
• Salary:
• $62,000–$70,000.
