Position Overview:An established non-profit organization is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Fundraiser to manage donor relationships, fundraising campaigns, and special events. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will focus on cultivating existing donors, strengthening long-term engagement, and helping drive organizational growth through successful fundraising initiatives.Location: Boro Park, Monsey, Lakewood, or MonroeResponsibilities:Manage and strengthen relationships with existing donors, including major and VIP donorsExecute fundraising campaigns from planning through completionCoordinate fundraising events and donor engagement activitiesMaintain regular communication with donors and supportersTrack fundraising efforts, donor activity, and campaign performanceIdentify opportunities to increase donor participation and giving levelsAttend donor meetings, events, and community functionsAssist with donor outreach and prospecting effortsPartner with leadership to achieve fundraising goalsQualifications:Experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, sales, or account managementStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsComfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and community leadersExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSelf-motivated with strong follow-throughEvent planning or fundraising campaign experience preferredExperience with CRM or donor management systems is a plusProfessional, personable, and mission-drivenCompensation & Benefits:$100,000 base salary plus commissionStrong earning potentialGrowth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work closely with senior leadershipAbout the Employer:A mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community through impactful programs and initiatives.
