People & Operations Consultant | Brooklyn, NY · $100K–$130K + Profit Sharing About the Role Companies bring us in when their KPIs, operations, and people aren't clicking — and this role is where the fixing happens. You'll get embedded in clients' businesses, take the lead on projects that push growth, and untangle the people-related challenges holding teams back.
