Position:A well-established real estate development company in South Williamsburg is looking for a trusted Director of Finance to take full ownership of the financial and administrative side of the business. This is a high-level, long-term role for someone looking to grow together with the company and become a true right-hand to leadership.This is not a one-man job, but rather a unique leadership role overseeing finances, admin, and systems, with the ability to step in, train and delegate as needed. You’ll work closely with the office team and site managers, while partnering directly with senior leadership in a very hands-on way.Responsibilities:Oversee all company and project financesPrepare project projections, budgets, and financial trackingHandle bookkeeping, banking, and cash flowServe as a trusted financial lead — a CFO-style roleOrganize and improve financial and administrative systemsOversee construction-related administrative workManage sensitive business and personal financial matters with full discretionStay on top of everything in a fast-moving, hands-on environmentQualifications:Senior-level finance experience (Director of Finance / CFO level)Background in real estate, construction, or development preferredOrganized, proactive, and extremely detail-orientedComfortable working in an old-school environment while helping bring structure and clarityFast-paced, available, and reliableDiscreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential mattersSomeone leadership can fully rely on and hand things off toCompensation & Benefits:$200,000-$240,000 salary (based on experience)Opportunity to work directly alongside ownershipReal long-term leadership growth potentialEEO Statement: Topaz HR is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
