Clinical Director | Brooklyn, NY · $150,000–$175,000 About the Role This role is for a clinician who thinks in systems. The Clinical Director brings structure to a clinical program — designing protocols, workflows, and documentation standards that hold up under scrutiny, while providing day-to-day oversight and supervision to the clinical team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Provide clinical oversight and direction for the program Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care Serve as a resource for complex cases and clinical decision-making Systems & Process Development Build and refine clinical protocols, workflows, and documentation systems Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions Establish consistent procedures to support quality and compliance Quality & Compliance Ensure clinical practices align with regulatory and licensing standards Support audits, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives Promote a culture of accountability and clinical excellence Qualifications LCSW required Experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role within healthcare Demonstrated ability to build and implement systems, protocols, and processes Strong clinical judgment and staff supervision experience Interested?
