POSITION OVERVIEW Duration: October 15, 2026 - March 15, 2027 (5 months) Compensation: $4000/month Status: Contract position (five months to start, with potential to extend or expand based on fit and funding)
Role Overview As the Onboarding & Matchmaking Coordinator you'll do the hands-on work that makes a young marketplace come alive: getting practitioners onto the platform and connecting families to the right one. You'll own both sides of that exchange, activating new practitioners so they're live and ready, and guiding families to values-aligned recommendations and following through until they've made a real connection. It's a relationship-driven, community-facing role for someone who is equal parts organized operator and warm human, and who effectively integrates AI and smart systems to do the repetitive parts fast so the human parts get their full attention.
