About the Role: Are you passionate about making a positive impact? HASC Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Assistant Manager to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily running of the home, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and city regulations regarding service provision.

• Maintain critical records using computer documentation programs to chart outcomes, staff action plans, behavior data, and daily logs.

• Ensure protective oversight is provided according to individualized plans.

• Commit to person-centered care by assisting individuals with activities of daily living (such as grooming, housekeeping, and budgeting), implementing behavior plans, and accompanying them on community outings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.
