Residence Manager Needed – Lead a Caring Team at HASC Center! Are you an organized, compassionate leader with experience in human services? HASC Center is looking for a dedicated Residence Manager to oversee one of our residential group homes and ensure the highest quality of care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The Details: Location: Brooklyn Group Home Schedule: Full-time (Requires flexibility and some on-call availability). Compensation: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the Home: Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all individuals.
• Managing the Team: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), fostering a positive and supportive workplace.
• Ensuring Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and routine documentation.
• Coordinating Care: Oversee individuals' person-centered care plans, coordinate medical appointments, and manage house finances and budgets.
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior supervisory or management experience, ideally within a residential setting or the IDD/human services field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A deep commitment to treating every individual with dignity and respect.
