IT Support Technician

Accurate Data Services is looking for experienced, motivated IT professionals to join our growing team. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work in a fast-paced Managed IT Services environment, we'd love to meet you. Primary Responsibilities • Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for business clients • Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and servers • Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 environments • Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management • Configure and troubleshoot Entra ID (Azure AD) • Install and maintain network equipment, firewalls, switches, and wireless systems • Perform server migrations, workstation deployments, and cloud projects • Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes • Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities

Requirements

• ✔ 3+ years of IT support experience preferred
• ✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• ✔ Experience with Microsoft Intune
• ✔ Windows Server & Active Directory
• ✔ Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• ✔ Experience with virtualization is a plus
• ✔ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
