Is comfortable working directly in the accounts, troubleshooting issues, and leading the team by example.
Requirements
Proven expertise in SNF HMO and Medicaid billing
Experience supervising and leading a billing team
A hands-on approach to managing accounts from start to finish
A thorough understanding of day-to-day nursing home billing and collections
