• Track outreach activities and follow-up and prepare regular updates for leadership.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in community outreach, business development, community relations, behavioral health, healthcare, child welfare, education, nonprofit organizations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Experience in child welfare, behavioral health, healthcare, education, or other family-serving systems.
• Familiarity with New York City communities, particularly the Bronx and Brooklyn.
• Experience presenting to community groups or professional audiences.
Additional Requirements
• Ability to travel throughout New York City, including the Bronx and Brooklyn, at least weekly .
• Valid driver's license and/or ability to travel independently using public transportation.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events, partner meetings, and outreach activities.
