The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data integrity across accounting systems. Responsibilities: Support daily accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, documentation, and accounting data. Process high-volume financial information with exceptional accuracy while meeting established deadlines. Prepare, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, reports, and operational tracking documents. Identify discrepancies within accounting records and assist with timely reconciliation and issue resolution. Maintain organized digital and physical documentation that supports audit readiness and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Support accounting projects, reporting initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts. Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence across the accounting function.
