Teen Program Instructor (Behavior Technician) Salary: $60,000-$70,000 Lakewood Seeking an RBT to lead a small group in a structured transition program focused on ABA, life skills, vocational readiness, social skills, and community experiences. Responsibilities: • Lead daily group activities and implement ABA strategies. • Support life skills, vocational, and social development. • Collect data and complete documentation. • Collaborate with the BCBA and team. • Prepare lessons and program materials.

Requirements

RBT certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent; 18+.
CPR/First Aid and crisis-prevention certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Mon-Wed 8:30-3:30
Thurs 8:30-4:00,
Fri 9:30-1:00.
