Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients
Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and families
Collaborate with the practice's clinical, back-office, and operations teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD or DO) with an active New York medical license
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
At least two years of experience after residency
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Committed to personal, family-centered care
Compensation $350,000+ per year
