Field Patient Setup Specialist | Brooklyn, NY $60,000 $80,000 About the Role: This role owns the in-home setup of a specific piece of patient equipment across Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island, traveling directly to patients rather than having them come to a clinic. The specialist demonstrates proper use, walks patients through their first experience with the device, and stays on until the patient is confident using it alone. It's a healthcare position built for someone who wants direct, hands-on patient contact over a desk job. Key Responsibilities Patient Visits Travel to patients' homes throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island Set up equipment for patients Demonstrate proper use of the machine and related equipment Patient Education & Support Educate patients and provide clear instructions and tutorials Answer patient questions and confirm understanding of equipment use Help patients feel comfortable and confident with new equipment Troubleshoot basic setup and usage questions Administration Communicate with the office regarding patient visits Complete documentation following each visit
