They're growing and need a polished, relentless closer to help them get there — someone who can sell, promote, and operate all at once without breaking a sweat. Responsibilities : • Own the full sales cycle — cold calling venues, event planners, simcha coordinators, and corporate clients to bring in new business • Scout and sign new talent to expand the agency's roster • Promote artists across the agency's network and beyond • Plan, coordinate, and execute concerts and live events from first call to final curtain • Manage operational logistics — vendors, contracts, timelines, and everything in between • Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back and referring others

Requirements

• Must Have
• Proven sales experience with a cold calling track record — you pick up the phone without being asked
• Heavy operations background — you juggle multiple moving pieces and nothing falls
• Polished, professional, and articulate — you're the face of a high-profile brand
• Thick skin, high energy, and zero need for micromanagement
• Nice to Have
• Experience in music, entertainment, events, or talent management
• Existing relationships with venues, planners, or promoters
• Familiarity with the Jewish simcha and events market
