Director of Operations – E-Commerce (OTC Pharmaceutical Products) Stony Point, NY (On-site) Full-Time $130,000–$180,000 A fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in over-the-counter pharmaceutical products is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize cross-functional operations. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands how all aspects of an e-commerce business work together and can improve efficiency, accountability, and execution across departments. Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments. * Coordinate communication and execution between Advertising, Amazon Marketplace, E-Commerce, Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. * Ensure all departments are aligned and operating efficiently toward company goals. * Develop operational processes and organizational structure that support long-term growth. * Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department managers and team leaders. * Analyze operational challenges and recommend the best course of action. * Improve workflows, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. * Work closely with the Amazon team to optimize operational execution.
